Flat stomach rules
I want you to know that there is no one rule for getting 6 pack abs. Flat abs comes from a proper food diet to reach excellent abs fitness. A lot of people don’t realize that to achieve great abs, it’s going to take more than a minimum amount of effort. Following a rock solid plan will help you achieve 6 pack abs with some the effort and perseverance.
Core Muscles
The good news is that every person has core muscles in the form of the abdomen, hips, pelvis and the lower back. This cluster of core muscles helps you stabilize your body. Your core muscles control posture as well as movements such as bending, lifting, sitting, standing and walking. Your abs provides a key part of these movements. Strong abs makes a strong back and fewer backaches. That’s rule number one. These core-stabilizing muscles also help control posture, so stand up straight, relax your shoulders and focus on pulling your stomach in to your spine. This will align your body from your neck to your hips. Which will aid in developing abs fitness.
Target Exercise
Crunches and sit-ups may work nicely when performing resistance exercise, but alone, it’s just not worth it. Rule number two says that it does not work properly to target a part of the body to burn away fat. One of the greatest exercise beliefs out there says, work and target exercise on one part of the body to whittle away the fat. But most people never see the results. Use that energy in a better way by doing a cardiovascular exercise that works the whole body. Your abs fitness will gradually become flat and toned, right along with the rest of your body with a proper food diet.
Eat Right
Your food diet plays an important role in what happens with your abs fitness. Eat a lot of junk food and no activity, and the inches around your waist will expand. Limit your sweets, alcohol and bad fats, and your waist will slim down, which is flat stomach rule number three. Change your food diet to one that includes fruits, vegetables and lean proteins to reap the benefits of a smaller waist and a healthier you. It’s probably safe to assume that the 6 pack abs fitness club doesn’t eat a lot of bags of potato chips on a regular basis.
Ditch the Wrong Type of Carbs
The flat stomach rule number four asks you to look at another diet. Good carbs in your food diet will work great to provide healthy forms of energy for your everyday needs. And bad carbs will simply pile on your belly, adding to the cushion of the fat around your waist. It’s always good to limit your consumption of “white” carbs such as white bread, pasta, rice and cereal. The good news is that you don’t have to eliminate these foods completely. Just limit your intake of these “white” carbs to once or twice a week to see real results in toning your stomach and achieving your abs fitness. Good carbs are great for you, so try substituting the “white” carbs with whole wheat breads and swapping rice and pasta for additional vegetables at your main meals.
Water
People don’t really understand or really take it seriously when medical information says drink 8oz. of water a day. Water is such an important part of life that is overlooked when attempting to achieve an abs fitness goal. A lot of people don’t realize that they drink untold numbers of calories each day in coffee, sports drinks and soda. Flat stomach rule number five says to put these drink options into a trash can. Drink a lot of water to flush your system, which will stop the calories that collect in your belly area. Even the healthiest juices and drinks contain unwanted calories.
